Inspire Trading Co was found in 2006 as a small business artisan enterprise. The constancy and positivity of its founder, their interest in this field as well as a deep knowledge of materials, planning, production and assembling have created the basis for the take off the activity.

Inspire Interior are now actively involved in online business activity to serve our remote, distanced and International customers. Inspire Interior is a medium size company actively participating and general contractor in the Government, Semi government, Multinational and private companies Bids/Tenders. Our Target customers are also Architects, Interior Designer, Builders, Project Managers, Furniture Manufacturer and Traders and general consumers. We cater to the needs of corporate clients as well as domestic clients and our main focus is the satisfaction of our customers.

Customer service is an important part of the Inspire Interior philosophy. Delivery promises are so crucial to our success; we are committed to provide imported material within 3-6 weeks from Europe if out of Stock. And local home and office furniture is as per agreed commitment.

PAYMENTS

Thanks for purchasing our products at Inspire Interior.

Most of the products are manufactured on order, The Delivery times for these products will be informed upon order confirmation, depending on the type of product.

For orders exceeding PKR 25,000 the customer would need to pay 30% of the full amount in advance. You can pay via Credit Card, Easy Paisa or Jazz Cash option once order has been confirmed.

In case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product / products. In order to be eligible for a replacement you have to lodge your complain through the number provided within 12 hours of receiving the order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and it is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- in-transit.

Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by Inspire Interior, provided goods are received in acceptable condition.

On certain items like appliances & electronics brands, warranty may supersede Inspire Interior Returns Policy. 

PACKING & SHIPPING

All products are designed, engineered, manufactured & packed to strict quality standards, and are inspected numerous times during the manufacturing process, including a final inspection prior to packaging for shipment/delivery. To guarantee the quality of your furniture before it’s delivered to your destination, each piece is “checked” by our quality control personal. This means it is again inspected for defects or problems that may have occurred during shipping. Any issues are then addressed, i.e. drawers/doors adjustments, polish defects, fragile sign is missing or paper marks etc. and finally, the piece is ready to look like it would in your home.
