Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Inspire Interior.

All/most wooden products are manufactured on order, the delivery times for these products will be informed upon order confirmation, depending on the type of product.

Inspire Interior does not offer any return or money-back-guarantee on all purchased items. (The refund occurs unless the unlikely situation occurs in which we have sent you a wrong item!) that will be only refunded if the purchased good is unused and undamaged by the customer and returned back within 2 weeks of delivery. Personal liking after receiving does not apply.

We do not offer Refunds although we do offer a favorable replacement policy which will be in effect if said conditions are met;

In case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product / products. In order to be eligible for a replacement you have to lodge your complain through the number provided within 12 hours of receiving the order. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and it is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods- in-transit.

Replacement will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt of the product by Inspire Interior, provided goods are received in acceptable condition.
