Packing

All products are designed, engineered, manufactured & packed to strict quality standards, and are inspected numerous times during the manufacturing process, including a final inspection prior to packaging for shipment/delivery. To guarantee the quality of your furniture before it’s delivered to your destination, each piece is “checked” by our quality control personal. This means it is again inspected for defects or problems that may have occurred during shipping. Any issues are then addressed, i.e. drawers/doors adjustments, polish defects, fragile sign is missing or paper marks etc. and finally, the piece is ready to look like it would in your home.

Do you ship to my city and location?

For a superlative customer experience, we have decided to deliver each product personally.

Furniture Items: We currently deliver in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala and Peshawar. We are coming to other cities very soon and will keep you posted!

Home Decor Accessories: We currently deliver in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Sargodha and Sahiwal.

What is the estimated delivery time of an online order?

Online orders are processed, delivered and installed (if needed) within 10-15 working days of receiving the payment.

Order delivery may take 12-15 working days during the Sale period.

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

Standard shipping & fixing charges shall apply on all furniture items for Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala and Peshawar.

Shipping Charges = 2.5% of total order value

Fixing Charges = 2.5% of total order value

No shipping charges on Decor items.
